TIM'S STORY

 

I was born and raised a blue-collar kid from Cleveland, Ohio. When I was in college, my goals were to make money, travel the world, and make an impact, and it looked like real estate was the way to go. Like many of you, I was drawn to the idea of passive income. But also like many of you, I found myself caught in the cycle of doing deal after deal. It was only when I got into commercial real estate that I really started to see that residual income that I had been searching for.

 Today I live in Charleston, SC and own over 4,000 apartment units, several successful vacation rental properties, and a coaching business where I get to meet other amazing entrepreneurs like you.
